Cancellation Policy

 

Please note the Polished (Nails & Beauty) cancellation policy;

 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment/s booked.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and ‘no shows’ will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment/s booked.

 

Polished (Nails & Beauty) reserves the right to refuse treatment to customers that are 15 minutes late or more, and this will be treated in the same way as a ‘no show’ (please see above).
